... What next??

Well, this month's theme is being sensitive and caring to others. If we all try to make monthly resolutions (why just stick to New Year's resolutions?!), we can constantly be pushing ourselves to our limits (in the best possible sense).

It's not easy to keep renewing yourself, but it's what makes life the wonderful, varied experience that it can be. Showing others your renewed energies and dedication can be a blessing not just for their perception of you, but the perception they hold of themselves: keep yourself in good shape, and those around you will (if only unconsciously) follow your great example.

As you're sensitive to your friends and family, they will be in turn be sensitive to you and your needs. Even when you have to say "no" to someone, show that you understand their point of view, even if you don't necessarily agree with it - you'll be surprised at the positive energy that comes out of this!
